We will happily waive or reduce the registration fee if it is a barrier to entry. Waivers must be mailed in - we are unable to process scholarships online. Kindly complete a hard copy registration form – found in our trifold brochure at your local parish or mailed to your home – and write waiver on the line next to the conference fee. We look forward to seeing you at the conference.

If extreme weather circumstances or a similar act of God forces cancellation of the conference, we regret that we cannot refund registration fees. Facility, food, speaker and other arrangement costs are incurred by the event organizers prior to the event. Rescheduling all parties is not typically possible however we will make every effort to do so. Thank you for your understanding.

Individual cancellations for non-weather conflicts, requested after online registration has closed, are handled by the Conference Director based on individual circumstances and limited to $30. We are unable to accommodate cancellations within 48 hours of the event. Contact us to reassign your paid registration to any individual you designate or to offer as a scholarship.
