December is often a beautifully hectic month as we prepare to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior on Christmas Day. Every one of our circles—family, church, work, school, clubs, and sports—seems to add a special activity that brightens our days while keeping us joyfully on the move.
Don’t Miss Out on the Earlybird Rate – Expires 12/31
As you navigate this busy season, we want to highlight an important upcoming deadline for our popular earlybird registration—an offer used by most of our attendees.
Register before midnight on December 31 to receive the earlybird rate of $79, a savings of $15. Beginning January 1, the regular registration fee of $94 will apply.
Conference Hotel Rate Available Now
For many, conference day feels like a trip to the mountaintop—our speakers stir deep reflection, inspiration, and personal transformation. Yet, as we drive home, those moments of clarity can quickly be overtaken by the demands of everyday life.
Booking a room at the conference hotel—the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Oklahoma City Downtown—can give you the space to truly absorb the experience. Stay the night before to avoid the morning commute, and consider staying after to continue conversations with friends or family as you unpack the lessons of the day.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites is conveniently located next to the Oklahoma City Convention Center. The conference rate is $169 per night (just $84.50 per person if shared).
